My company is still in its infancy due to time constraints with family, education, and career. I am, however, open to your needs and happy to discuss any catering services you may need.
- My current services are simple at the time:
- Buffet Style service only (no wait staff ... yet)
- I do have a bartender on call
- Please, only for parties of 100 or less (negotiable depending on menu choices)
- Nothing I serve is pre-made, reheated, or reconstituted garbage like other companies (I'm what you consider a "Scratch Chef")
Want to handle all the cooking yourself, but have no clue how to pull it off? I'm happy to provide a consultation and help you look like the best party host ever! So, feel free to leave me a message on any catering questions you may have.
